Special Knowledge/Skills/Abilities required:
  • Capable to manage multiple Projects and clients
  • To deliver the Projects per Client’s scope and within the specified deadline
  • Resource management and work allocation across the projects
  • To use available Quality Control tools and measures to ensure that abstracts delivered are of good quality
  • To prepare the scope document for the projects

Special Knowledge/Skills/Abilities required - Lease Abstraction/ Lease Administration
  • Abstract the leases and/or the financial provisions.
  • Calculate all rental charges (base rent, pass-through operating expenses, taxes, insurance, etc.).
  • Determine the method used to increase each tenant’s base or minimum rent.
  • Determine each tenant’s pro rata share of each charge.
  • Calculate and bill tenants for special charges, such as over standard utility usage.
  • If required, prepare and send billings to all the tenants.
  • Calculate rent increases.
  • Calculate operating expense charges base on a gross of office building expenses.
  • Bill tenants for their share of common utility meter charges.
  • Email or Mail rent reminder notices.
  • Determine if any tenants owe percentage rent and bill them for it.
  • Calculate percentage rent year-end reconciliations for those tenants who paid percentage rent during the year.
  • Calculate year-end reconciliations for pass-through charges.
  • Bill tenants for underpayment of their pass-through charges.
  • Either provide the tenants with a rental credit or refund overpayment of pass-through charges.
  • Assist the property manager in developing the property’s income component of the annual budget.
  • Answer tenants’ questions regarding their charges.
  • Work with the property’s ownership accounting personnel.
Special Knowledge/Skills/Abilities required:
  • OOPS Concept - Object Oriented Programming concepts
  • Database - Knowledge of database theory, database design using MySQL
  • Mobile Application and Game Development knowledge in Android, iOS and web
  • Front end – Unit 3D, HTML5, CSS

  • Multiplayer Server – Photon EXIT GAMES

Executive Accounts- Billing & Collection
  • Responsible for preparing and sending invoices to customers in a timely manner.
  • Follow up with customers for payment.
  • Weekly generation of delinquency report.
  • Responsible for responding to customer queries.
  • Responsible for tracking Sales Orders with amounts invoiced against their respective project ID’s.
  • Responsible for making payment entries for customer remittances received.
  • Preparing Credit notes /Debit notes as required relating to customer accounts.
  • Responsible for weekly reporting of remittances to HOD’s/ Business heads.
Skills Required:
  • Graduate/ Post Graduate in Commerce
  • Good English communication skills – written and oral is essential
  • Average working knowledge of excel/MS office
  • Working knowledge of Tally/ Quick books preferred.
2 Years’ experience having good knowledge of ASP .NET, C#, MS SQL, MVC 5.0, MVC 4.0, WCF, Jquery, CSS, bootstrap, HTML 5 and Microsoft Azure.
Skills and Competencies required:
  • Salesforce Admin/Developer certifications (with skills in Visual Force, Apex, HTML, CSS, Javascript)
  • SQL/DBA experience
  • some experience in non-Salesforce development
  • Should be good coding or programming knowledge in Salesforce
  • Should have technical degree such as BE
  • Prepares monthly financial reports
  • Reviews Balance Sheets and Income Statements per property to verify account balances and reasonable revenue and expense amounts
  • Ensures accuracy of all general ledger information
  • Ensures that all property and tenant information is up to date and correct through lease interpretation and cross-referencing against other property information
  • Performs quarterly Cam reconciliations and assembles the necessary detail and back-up for the tenant’s use
  • Prepares management reports, including budget, payroll, insurance, tax and CAM information
  • Ensures reports/documents are forwarded to auditors and maintains applicable documentation
  • Informs management as to any discrepancies or any other problem areas that may exist that arise from the audit
  • Meets Accounting Department calendar deadlines
  • Assists Accountant(s) with preparation of monthly funding requests
